Overview

This chapter offers comprehensive guidance on the Actions page within the CEX Incentives module. This page provides a personalized view where each user sees only the actions they are authorized to perform based on their role and permissions within the system.

Accessing the Actions page

To access the Actions page, simply click the ‘Actions’ button located in the navigation bar.

The Actions page is divided into two main sections:

• Left Sidebar - Actions Menu

  This vertical panel lists all the actions the user can perform. The available actions are dynamically rendered according to the user’s role and permissions. Unauthorized actions are hidden, ensuring users see only what they are allowed to access.

  Each action item displays:

  • Action name - Description of the task or process
  • Badge indicator - Shows the number of items requiring attention for that specific action

• Right Panel - Details and Notifications

  This area displays detailed information related to the action selected from the sidebar. It dynamically updates based on user interaction, providing context-specific content, data, or controls to complete tasks.

Available Actions

Depending on the user’s role and permissions, the following actions may be available:

• Submit for Structure Review
• Review Structure
• Move to Data Collection
• Reopen to Editing
• Submit for Bonuses Review
• Reopen to Data Collection
• Review Bonuses
• Finalize
