In the Audit trail screen, you can see all the actions that were performed on a Bonus Scheme from its creation until its bonuses were approved.

To access the screen you can either click the ‘Audit trail’ tab or the ‘see more’ link in the Overview screen.

The Audit trail table contains the following columns:

  1. Timestamp - contains the date and time of the action;
  2. Details - contains the name of the action and of the person that performed it (i.e. John Dow approved the Bonus Scheme Structure);
  3. Extra - contains various information depending on the type of action, for example, comments, deadlines, the list of reviewers, and the list of exception managers.

Filtering the Audit table

To find specific entries in the Audit Trail table, you can use the two filters located at the top of the table. These filters allow you to narrow down the results as follows:

To apply a filter, follow these steps:

  1. Click on one of the two fields in the Filters section.
  2. Select the desired event and/or position from the dropdown list.

To return to the full audit list, clear all filters by clicking the X button next to each applied filter.

The Audit table is filtered according to user permissions. Additionally, users in single-type positions can only view events related to their positions, those in team-type positions can access events for positions assigned to them, and users in higher-level positions can view all audit events.
