To access the Bonus Scheme - Review screen, you must either click the ‘Review’ tab or the ‘More details’ link on the ‘Overview’ screen.

Once the bonus scheme owner has finalized the structure, added all relevant sections, and tested it in the Simulation tab, the next step is to initiate the review process. To do this, follow these steps:
Click the ‘Add reviewer’ button located in the Reviewers section.
In the newly opened pop-up, select the reviewers who should evaluate the structure.
Click the ‘Save’ button.
Observe that the selected reviewers are now displayed under the Next Reviewers section.
Once the next reviewers are added, you can submit the scheme by clicking the ‘Submit for Review’ button to start the review process.

The sequential approval process allows users to submit a bonus scheme structure for review through multiple stages. The scheme can advance to the next reviewer level (e.g., senior managers) either after the current reviewers complete their evaluation or if you choose to escalate without waiting for their review. This process can continue through as many stages as necessary. This structured approach ensures thorough review and accountability at each level.

Sequencial approval process
To use the sequential approval process, follow the 'Submit for Review' steps outlined above. You can then proceed to the next reviewer group either after obtaining approval from the current reviewers or by choosing to advance directly. Click 'Add Reviewer' to select the next group, then resubmit for review. Repeat this process as needed until all required approvals are obtained.

If any reviewer rejects the structure at any stage, the bonus scheme cannot proceed to the next stage (Data Collection). In this case, the structure is automatically reopened, requiring the scheme owner to update and resubmit it for review.
