The purpose of this screen, as the name implies, is to simulate how the value of the bonus changes depending on the values of the KPIs.
To access the screen you must click on the Simulation tab that is under Bonus scheme.
Accessing the Simulation screen
At the top of the screen, you will see the value of the simulated bonus. At first, the simulated bonus will be 0 and will change once you enter values in the input simulated values section.

Simulation section
In the first part of this section, you will see a table with the submitted scheme and data regarding eligibility (PASS or FAIL), estimated value(Achieved) and simulated value after payout, and weight for each bonus scheme component. If you want to see the details about the simulated value click on the magnifying glass near the result.
In the second part of this section, you will see the overall bonus eligibility criteria for the entire bonus scheme. Each row in the table represents a criteria and for each, you can see the eligibility range, the achieved value and the result (PASS/FAIL).

Your total bonus will be zero as long as you do not meet the overall bonus eligibility criteria!

The values in both tables are updated instantly once you input data in the fields from the input simulated values section.
