This screen is available only after the bonus scheme structure has been approved (the Bonus Scheme enters the Data collection stage). To access it you must click the ‘Overview’ tab under Bonuses.

Bonuses Table
The bonuses table contains the following information:
- The achieved values for each KPI;
- The calculated bonus value;
- The Rep bonus rank:
- The green arrow means above the median;
- The orange arrow means below the median;
- The red exclamation mark means no bonus.

Shadow positions are displayed in the Bonuses table with an upward arrow icon. Hover over a position to view its start date and end date.

Updating KPIs value
To calculate new bonuses, we need to update the values of the KPIs. This can be done in multiple ways depending on the type of the KPI:
- Predefined KPIs
- The values of the predefined KPIs are updated automatically through the integrations set in place and based on a predefined update schedule. Note that the value of a predefined KPI cannot be manually changed by any user. To overwrite the value of a predefined KPI we should use the exception mechanism and have the formal process and audit trail.
- Custom KPIs
- The values of the custom KPIs are updated manually:
- Through bulk upload - updating the value of all KPIs for all team members over which the user has access
- Individual input - updating the value of individual KPIs for a selected Rep directly through the interface

Users can modify the Custom KPI values according to the assigned permissions, but also according to the permission type of the KPI. Specifically:
- Write Basic: Users with this permission can modify KPIs categorized under ‘Write Basic’ permission;
- Write Advanced: Users with this permission can modify KPIs categorized under both ‘Write Basic’ and ‘Write Advanced’ permissions;
- Write Any: Users with this permission can modify KPIs categorized under ‘Write Basic’, ‘Write Advanced’, and ‘Write Any’ permissions.

Updating custom KPIs value through the interface
To update the custom KPIs values through the interface we can either:
- Click on the ‘View details’ button of a respective user, then go to the Details tab and update the desired values OR
