View the list of KPIs

To access the list of Custom KPIs, follow these steps:

  1. Click the ‘Setup’ button from the navigation bar;
  2. Click the ‘Custom KPIs’ tab from the list of tabs.

In the list of Custom KPIs, for each one, we can see the following:

Filter the list of Custom KPIs

To make it easier to find a specific KPI, you can use the Filters section located above the KPIs table. For Custom KPIs, you can filter by name, value type (single-select) and/or Permission(multi-select). After selecting your filters, click the ‘Apply’ button to apply the filtering. To remove all filters and see the complete list of KPIs you use the ‘Reset’ button.

Create a Custom KPI

Before you can include a Custom KPI in a bonus scheme, you need to create it first. To add a new Custom KPI, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the ‘+ New’ button located on the right part of the screen, just above the list of KPIs.
  2. In the newly opened pop-up, enter the following information:
    1. Name;
    2. Description;
    3. Value type (Decimal or Percent);
    4. Permission (Write basic, Write advanced, Write any).

After filling out all the fields, click the ‘Save’ button. The pop-up will close, and you will see the Custom KPI you just created in the list of custom KPIs.
