The Dashboard page provides analytical insights about schemes across all cycles, key performance metrics, and visual breakdowns of incentive effectiveness.

Accessing the Dashboard

To access the Dashboard, simply click the ‘Dashboard’ button located in the navigation bar.

Filter Controls

To customize the data shown on the Dashboard, use the Filters section at the top of the page. You can refine the view using the following options:

• Teams – Display data for specific teams.
• Cycles – Choose particular cycles to focus on the bonus performance and progress.
• Types – Filter by bonus scheme type.
• States – View data based on the approval status of bonus schemes.
• Business Units – Focus the view on schemes linked to specific business units.

Adjusting these filters will dynamically update the statistics, charts, and bonus distribution displayed on the dashboard, allowing for a more focused analysis of incentive performance.

Use the Clear All :clear-all-filters: button to reset all filters and return to the complete dataset view.

Key Statistics

Four key performance indicators at the top of the dashboard give a quick snapshot of your incentive program, including:

• Team Count – The number of teams you have access to
• Bonus Schemes – The total number of bonus schemes you have access to
• Total Bonus – The total bonus amount earned, along with the percentage of the allocated budget used
• Total Budget – The overall budget assigned to all schemes you have access to
