Overview

Cycles are periods of time that have a start and an end date. They model the organization’s sales cycles and are very important in Incentives Management because:

To manage the cycles we must:

  1. Click on the ‘Setup’ button on the navigation bar;
  2. Click on the ‘Cycles’ tab from the list of tabs.
