Overview

A global position is an instance of a global role, representing an actual role within the affiliate organization. This role has visibility and action rights over one or more teams and can access information for all the individual Sales Representatives (single positions) in those teams. Examples of global positions include Commercial Excellence (ComEx), Franchise Heads, HR, Finance, and more.

It’s important to note that global positions in CEX Incentives should not be confused with roles that exist above the country level.

To manage the global positions we must:

  1. Click on the ‘Setup’ button on the navigation bar;
  2. Click on the ‘Global Positions’ tab from the list of tabs.
