Adding Components

Adding a component to the structure is very easy, simply click the dots on the left of the desired one, hold the selection, drag it to the right (in the Components area), and release the click. The background will become blurred and a popup will be displayed where you will need to insert all the relevant information.

The information needed differs from component to component, i.e. for a group we need to provide:

• a name (optional)
• a description (optional)
• a weight (optional)
• confirmation if we want to see the value of the group in the Overview table
• it’s value type (Decimal or Percent)
• a Function (optional)
• a Payout Curve (optional)

Functions

Functions are tools used to analyze performance, compare individuals, or support decision-making!

Payout curves

Payout curves can be assigned to both KPIs and groups. This is useful when consolidating the achievements on multiple KPIs, to get the overall performance and apply the payout on it instead of on each KPI!

To see the details of a payout curve added to a KPI, we just have to click on its name and we can see the graphic and the table data.
