Adding Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria can be added to groups or to the entire bonus scheme. You first need to click on the Eligibility Criteria tab.

To add eligibility criteria drag the desired component from the Template Components section and drop it in the Eligibility Criteria section. Then insert the required information and click on the ‘Save’ button.

Note that apart from the regular information you input for a KPI you also must provide a minimum and maximum range for the system to calculate if the person is eligible for the bonus or not.

Change Operator

Two types of operators are available within the bonus scheme structure to link the qualifiers:

• & (AND Operator): This operator combines multiple qualifiers, requiring all conditions to be met. The result is true only if every qualifier is satisfied.
• U (OR Operator): This operator is used to link qualifiers where the result is true if at least one of the qualifiers is true.

When adding a new qualifier to the structure the default Operator will be ‘&’!

To change the operator click on the operator situated on the left part of a qualifier’s row and choose the desired one from the dropdown.

The Eligibility Criteria section can include multiple qualifiers linked using both & (AND) and U (OR) operators. When these operators are used together, the evaluation process follows a specific sequence. The first two qualifiers are evaluated together, and the result is then combined with the next qualifier. This process continues sequentially through all remaining qualifiers.
