Accessing the Bonus Schemes list

To access the list of available bonus schemes you simply have to click on the ‘Bonus Schemes’ tab situated on the navigation bar.

                                                           Accessing the bonus schemes

The bonus schemes table is comprised of the following columns:

1. Bonus Scheme - contains the name of the bonus scheme;
2. Status - contains the status of the bonus scheme:
   1. Editing
   2. Structure Review
   3. Data Collection
   4. Bonuses review
   5. Approved;
3. Type - contains the bonus scheme type;
4. Cycle - contains the cycle for which the bonus scheme was created;
5. Team - contains the team for which the bonus scheme was created;
6. Reviews - contains the list of reviewers;

The list is updated based on the current status of the bonus scheme:

• In ‘Structure Review’: The list will display the structure reviewers.
• In ‘Bonuses Review’: The list will display the bonuses reviewers.

Additionally, each reviewer’s name is highlighted with a color-coded background to indicate their response status:

• Orange - Pending;
• Red - Rejected;
• Green - Approved;
• Grey - Ignored; </aside>

1. Actions - contains the ‘Delete’ button.

The ‘Delete’ button is only available for bonus schemes that are in the ‘Editing’ state!

Filtering the Bonus Schemes list

To narrow down the list of bonus schemes, you can utilize the filters section, where you’ll find the following options:

• Bonus Scheme - text input field;
• Type - multi-select dropdown list;
• Status - multi-select dropdown list with typeahead;
• Cycle - multi-select dropdown list with typeahead;
