As mentioned in a previous chapter, to view the details of a bonus scheme we click on the desired one from the bonus schemes list.
When the bonus scheme is accessed, the Overview screen is opened and here we can see the main information about that bonus scheme:

Aside from the Team, any detail of the bonus scheme can be edited. Simply click on the desired field, make the update, and confirm it!

The bonus scheme name will be visible on the screen regardless of the tab you are in (i.e. Structure, Simulation, Audit trail, etc.)!

The Roles filter specifies which positions will be included in the bonus scheme. Only employees assigned to the selected roles within the designated team and cycle are included, and bonus calculations are applied exclusively to those roles. If no role is selected, all positions within the team and cycle are considered.

You can upload files related to the bonus scheme, such as supporting documents or reference materials, in the Attachments section. To add a file, click on Upload and select the desired document. Once uploaded, attachments will be listed in this section and can be downloaded when needed.
Upload Attachments
Attachments are saved at the bonus scheme level and remain available throughout all stages of the bonus scheme lifecycle. Any employee with access to the bonus scheme can download the attachments. Uploading and deleting files are only available to users with Bonus Scheme Write permission, and only while the bonus scheme is in the Editing stage.
In the lower part of the screen, you will see all the latest updates that were made to the bonus scheme. If you wish to see the changes in more detail click on the ‘see more’ link situated to the right and you will open the Audit trail.
