User Creation

This email welcomes new users to the CEX Incentives platform, provides a direct link to the system, offers sign-in instructions, and includes basic support guidance.

Reset Password

This email is sent when a user requests a password reset after forgetting their account password.

Bonus Scheme

This section focuses on email notifications related to the bonus scheme structure review phase.

Bonus schemes review required Email

This email notifies a user that they have been assigned as a reviewer for one or more bonus scheme structures. It includes the bonus scheme name, associated team and cycle, the total budget, and provides options to approve or reject each scheme directly from the email or by accessing the CEX Incentives platform.
