Bonus Scheme Structure screen
On the left part of the screen, you have all the available components for building the structure of the bonus scheme (Group, Numerical Value, Predefined KPIs, Custom KPIs).
To narrow down the list of components use the search bar situated at the top of the Template Components section. The search is typeahead so the list is narrowed down while you type.

Note that while the Numerical Value component is primarily used to specify a monetary value to which the individual performance will be multiplied to get the monetary value of the bonus, in a more generic way the numerical value can be used to introduce any constant in the bonus scheme, i.e. if we wanted to use the average of 3 KPIs we would create a group within which we added the 3 KPIs (with or without weights) and we would divide the group by a numerical value of 3.
The bonus scheme structure comprises two key elements: components and eligibility criteria. Click the links below to learn more about managing components and qualifiers:

The “Custom KPI Defaults” feature is a simplified approach to establishing default values for custom KPIs within a Bonus Scheme.
Default values can be assigned to custom KPIs added to a Bonus Scheme, in both Editing and Data Collection states. On the right side of the screen, a ‘Custom KPI Defaults’ button is displayed but initially disabled. This button becomes enabled upon the inclusion of one or more user-defined KPIs within the scheme’s structure (comprising Components and/or Eligibility Criteria). In the right part of the button is displayed the number of different custom KPIs added in the Bonus Scheme Structure.

Adding a default value to a user-defined KPI is a straightforward process. Simply click the ‘Custom KPI Defaults’ button to initiate. A pop-up window will appear, prompting the user to select a KPI from the left section of the interface. Within the right segment of the pop-up, three options are available:
