This screen is available only after the scheme is moved to Data Collection (Bonus Scheme has the status Data Collection). To access it you must click the ‘Review’ tab.

Accessing the screen through the Review tab
From this screen, depending on your access rights, you can sign off bonuses, view the status of bonuses review process and/or manage the bonuses review process.
Signing off Bonuses is meant to inform the process owner that you, as a manager, have finalized your KPI values inputs and raised all necessary exceptions for your team members, meaning that your team’s bonuses are ready for the final review.
The Bonus Values Sign Off section of the Review screen lists all users that can input KPI values or raise exceptions for the respective team and, therefore, need to Sign Off the bonuses. It also indicates whether each user has signed off on the bonuses or not. These users are the ones that have the following privileges: Bonus Calculation Write (for all team members or part of them) or Bonus Calculation Exceptions (the right to raise exceptions).
If you have the privileges described above, once you have finished inputting the values for custom KPIs and raised any required exceptions, you should click on the Sign Off Bonuses button to signal to the process owner that the scheme is ready to proceed to the next steps in the review process.

Eligible users who can sign off bonuses
When a user signs off, a checkmark will appear next to their name, along with the date of the sign-off and any optional message they included at the time of signing off the bonuses.
After signing off the bonuses you will no longer be able to input or upload KPI values or raise exceptions. To do this, you will have to remove your sign off by pressing the ‘Remove Sign Off’ button.

The only way for a user to modify custom KPI values, even after signing off the bonuses, is by using the ‘Custom KPI Defaults’ option or uploading KPI values via Setup -> Custom KPI.

The Sign-Off process is an additional step that helps the scheme owner track whether the responsible users have completed their tasks. Even if only some users have signed off on the bonuses or if no one has done so, the bonus scheme process can still proceed with submitting the bonuses.
