A global position can view Bonus Schemes at any stage: Editing, Structure Review, Data Collection, or Approved. This type of user has access to data for each position within the team and cycle where the Bonus Scheme has been created.

A team position can only view the Bonus Schemes that are in the Data Collection or Approved stages. This type of user has access to data only for the positions assigned to him in the team and the cycle for which the Bonus Scheme was created.
